Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Adept Numero, we value our customers and aim to provide a seamless shopping and consultation experience. Please review our Refund and Cancellation policies below:

1. Refunds for Products

• Certain items like crystals and spiritual products are non-returnable.
• Returns or exchanges are not accepted for minor issues such as disliking the product, slight color differences, or size variations. Please review product details and images carefully before purchasing.
• Refunds or replacements will only be processed for products that are damaged, missing, or incorrectly received, subject to company approval.
• For any claims of missing, damaged, or incorrect products, an unboxing video with original packaging is required to process the refund.
• All refund claims must be made within 10 days of the purchase date with the necessary proof.
• If your order is not received within 15 days of placement, you may claim a refund for the amount paid.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15 business days of claim acceptance to your original payment method.
• Refund amounts do not include delivery charges, which are non-refundable, and discounts applied at the time of purchase.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds, the amount will be credited to the bank account provided by the customer.

2. Refunds for Consultation Services

• No refunds will be provided if you fail to attend the scheduled consultation session. Please ensure you are available at the selected date and time.
• Consultations will only be refunded in the case of service failure on our side (such as technical issues or consultant unavailability). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
• Refunds for consultations will only be issued if the necessary proof of service failure is provided within 10 days of the session date.

3. Return Policy

• We do not provide return.
• You can cancel your product order as long as its status is "Processing". Please contact us at support@adeptnumero.in for assistance.
• Orders that have been dispatched or shipped cannot be cancelled.
• Consultation bookings cannot be rescheduled by the client. If you miss your session, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order or consultation booking at any time with prior notice.
