1. Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an email and SMS confirmation to acknowledge receipt of your order. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will confirm the order via phone or email before dispatching the items.
2. Processing and Dispatch
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- Before dispatch, all items are thoroughly inspected and packaged securely.
- Once dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking information.
3. Delivery Charges
Orders with a prepaid value of INR 999 or more will be shipped free of charge. For orders below INR 999, standard shipping charges will apply.
4. Flexible Shipping Partners
We work with a network of reliable shipping partners to ensure that your order is delivered efficiently. The shipping partner may vary depending on your location and the availability of services.
5. Delivery Timeline
- Your product will be delivered within 5 days of dispatch.
- If the delivery partner is unable to reach the address or deliver at a convenient time, they will contact you to reschedule the delivery.
6. Order Not Received
If you do not receive your order within 15 days of placement, you may claim a refund. Please contact us at support@adeptnumero.in for assistance.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- In case of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner and inform us immediately.
- For claims on damaged or missing items, an unboxing video is required, and you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
